I’ve tried a lot of things—and what I follow now is the result of deep trial, error, and personal healing.
I’m not here to convince anyone of anything. I’m pro Medical Medium. I’m pro fasting—dry, coconut water, and cold-pressed juice. I’m pro raw. I’m pro pescatarian. I’m even pro carnivore. If it’s helped someone heal, I respect it. What matters to me is outcomes, not dogma.
Here’s what’s worked for me:
Cyclical dry fasting. Low-impact movement that supports skeletal alignment, mobility, flexibility, and long-term strength without unnecessary strain. Simple, anti-inflammatory meals built around whole ingredients—often prepped quickly or eaten on the go. I focus on strategies that support energy, reduce inflammation, and make healing doable. It’s about sustainability—not intensity for intensity’s sake.
Some of the practices I follow might seem contradictory on the surface, and that’s okay. Healing is complex. I’ve found what works for me.
